GCC :

  • BAHRAIN : 5 to 7 working days
  • KUWAIT : 5 to 7 working days (due to current border closures we will expect some delays, thank you for your kind understanding)
  • OMAN : 5 to 7 working days
  • UAE : Next day delivery if order is placed before 12pm. After 12pm, 2 working days
  • SAUDI ARABIA : 5 to 7 working days (due to current border closures we will expect some delays, thank you for your kind understanding)

 

EUROPE :

  • FRANCE : 5 to 7 working days
  • BELGIUM : 5 to 7 working days
  • ITALY : 5 to 7 working days
  • SPAIN : 5 to 7 working days

 

AFRICA :

  • EGYPT : 5 to 7 working days
  • MOROCCO : 1 to 3 working days



If, for any reasons, deliveries will take longer than expected, we will send you an email to let you know. Kindly note that borders opening may affect shipping deliveries. Will make our best to deliver you the fastest. 

RETURNS

As products are cosmetics and perishable products, we regret we cannot accept any returns. To that extend, no exchanges or refund will be allowed. We thank you for your understanding.

After you receive your order, you have 24 hours to claim something. You must attach proof with pictures, times and details. The time that will be taken into account is the time you order and the time you sent your email.
