General terms and conditions of sale
The general terms and conditions of online sale summarize the clauses of the contract that the customer enters into with the e-commerce site. The latter offers them to its customers who accept them before placing an order. They must therefore be consistent with the activity of the website that they govern. Furthermore, they must also comply with a certain number of rules imposed by law, in particular the Hamon law which came into force on June 14, 2014.

Article 1 - Purpose
These conditions govern sales by the company IC ENTREPRISES FRANCE; 13Bis Avenue Thermale 63400 Chamalières, of cosmetic products.
Article 2 - Pricer
products are indicated in Euro all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs.
In the event of an order to another country, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of the company IC Entreprises. They will be your responsibility and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euro.
IC Entreprises reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in effect at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of IC Entreprises until full payment of the price.
Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of validation of your order.
The company IC Entreprises reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.
Article 4 - Validation of your order
Any order appearing on the website www.moroccanbeauty.co implies adherence to these General Conditions. Any order confirmation implies your full and complete adherence to these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation will be proof of the transaction.
You declare that you are fully aware of it.
The order confirmation will be worth signing and accepting the operations carried out.
A summary of the information in your order and these General Conditions will be sent to you via the email address confirming your order.
Article 5 - PaymentThe fact of validating
By validating your order, you are obligated to pay the price indicated.
Payment for your purchases is made by credit card using the secure “PAYZONE” system.
The only payment cards accepted on the Site are: Visa and Mastercard
The card will only be debited when the order is shipped. In the event of split deliveries, only the products shipped will be debited.
Article 6 - Withdrawal / Refund
As the products are cosmetics and perishable products, we regret that we cannot accept any returns, only if the products are defective / non-compliant. No returns or exchanges will be possible. We thank you for your understanding.
Article 7 - Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the website www.moroccanbeauty.co and within the limits of available stocks. For products not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In the event of product unavailability after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.
Furthermore, the website www.moroccanbeauty.co is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Consequently, IC Entreprises reserves the right to refuse orders for 20 identical items.
Article 8 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order confirmation page.
In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any possible impact on the delivery time indicated to you.
In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delay in delivery, you have the option to cancel the order under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If you receive the product in the meantime, we will refund it and cover the shipping costs under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
In the event of deliveries by a carrier, IC Entreprises cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposed appointments.
Article 9 - Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to Customercare@moroccanbeauty.co within 30 days of delivery.
The products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). The shipping costs will be refunded to you on the basis of the invoiced rate and the return costs will be refunded to you upon presentation of supporting documents.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.
Article 10 - Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation. IC Entreprises cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.
Furthermore, IC Entreprises cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.
Finally, IC Entreprises cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 11 - Applicable law
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. The terms and conditions of sale corresponding to the offers proposed on this Site are subject to the consumer protection provisions applicable in France. Any dispute must be the subject of a prior attempt at amicable settlement. In the absence of an amicable settlement, only the French courts will have jurisdiction to deal with the dispute.
Article 12 – Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order before the product is shipped. In this case, you will be fully refunded. If your cancellation request is received after the order has been shipped, the procedure applied will be that of the right of withdrawal.
